Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Engage guests promptly and warmly

Anticipate and fulfill guests’ needs

Ensure food, beverage and service is to our standards

Communicate with guests to make a positive lasting impression

Ensure and promote safety and cleanliness

Serve alcohol to guest following safe alcohol service guidelines with local, state and federal laws

Maintain bar area, stocking and setting up
-
Take orders and prepare beverages for guests
-
Perform light duties, including stocking station, cutting fruits and garnishes and side work assignment(s)

Communicate openly with management regarding any work-related concerns
-
Process payments, including making change for cash payments
Requirements
Requirements & Working Conditions

Must be 21 years of age or older
-
Minimum one (1) year bartending experience in full service restaurant and bar
-
Must be able to work 5 shifts a week
-
Must be outgoing, charismatic, approachable, guest-centric and positive
-
Must be able to work quickly in a confined area and stand for extended periods of time.

Food Handler’s Card

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Perform basic math skills

Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
